For more than a thousand years, the Way of Santiago has led pilgrims to the sanctuary of an apostle of Christianity: Santiago the oldest.
His tomb, discovered one night in 813 on the sacred mount of Libredón, under a shower of stars, would be the foundation stone of a prodigious Cathedral and of a city that, since then, would attract the footsteps of walkers until it became a destination with the trace and the echo of all Europe.
