On the French road for tourist apartments, it indicates a telephone number to notify the owner. On other roads we cannot deliver to tourist apartments or, by law, to municipal hostels.

I declare that the accommodations that I reserve will receive my luggage. *

I promise that each package does not weigh more than 18 kilos (if it does, the company is not responsible for damages) and I authorize the carrier to leave my luggage at the accommodation or, if this is not possible, in the nearest place. *

I promise that my luggage will be ready at reception to be picked up at 8:00 am/8:30 am *

Because in Santiago It is not possible to take your luggage to tourist flats. If you do not have accommodation in a hotel, hostel or pension, you can indicate if you want to take your luggage to the following locker. + info here.

If your luggage (any package) weighs more than 18 kilos and you do not contract this option, the carrier may not take charge of your transportation.
