The province of Burgos is the main protagonist in the route of the Camino de Santiago within the Iberian Peninsula. During the nearly 114 kilometers that cross its territory, an impressive heritage complex follows one another that has justly deserved its declaration as a World Heritage Site. Redecilla del Camino, Belorado, Villafranca Montes de Oca, San Juan de Ortega, the city of Burgos, San Antón and Castrojeriz are its main landmarks.
